    Based in Salem, Oregon, MaPS was preparing for a change in executive management, expansion of its charter, and a push to increase membership. The leadership team recognized that a change in business strategy needed to be accompanied by a new brand strategy, so it hired Ant Hill Marketing to take the credit union through our proprietary brand development process.


    Our certified brand strategists worked with the MaPS leadership team to customize the brand development exercise to their business. We conducted a brand analysis, an internal survey, and an external phone research project to assess the state of the brand in the market. Then we facilitated a full-day session with the leadership team to define the brand position that would set the credit union apart in the market -- enticing them with school lunch boxes full of goodies. And, finally, we developed a strategic plan, creative concept, brand identity, and brand guidelines to help MaPS launch the new brand internally and externally.
